The fused silica ceramic crucible is used as the container of loading poly-silicon in the process of solar multi-crystalline silicon ingot growth under the high temperature of 1600? The crucible has to be used for more than 50 hours continuously without crack during ingot growth cycle. The crucible impurity cannot be crystallized to contaminate the silicon ingot. The riorous working condition and the high purity request makers the crucible production much difficult. So the crucible is an irreplacable key consumable part in the silicon ingot growing process.
